Telephone Qualified Leads are offered as bundles in addition to our real time internet leads.

With this type of lead Leadbay offers an extra level of verification by speaking to the consumer, to confirm their details are correct and they genuinely want advice, before we pass the lead on to you.

Telephone qualified leads are sourced from our existing partners but are then contacted by our specialist in house team.

Our team will verify with the consumer that all the information they have provided is correct - we will even carry out a basic affordability check to help to ensure that they have the means to take out the mortgage they are requesting to put you in the best position to place the business. The check will discard any leads where the requested loan is 5 times more than the disclosed income (note – this is a high level sense check, we are not advisers and do not get a breakdown of consumers incomes).
